C\u2019est lui qui capte les sons, les analyse et les transforme avant de les envoyer vers la partie interne. Il est donc important d\u2019en prendre soin afin d\u2019assurer une qualit\u00e9 sonore constante. \u00c0 noter que les instructions sur l\u2019entretien des processeurs peuvent varier d\u2019un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019autre et d\u2019une marque \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Consultez votre manufacturier d\u2019implant cochl\u00e9aire pour avoir toutes les recommandations sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 votre processeur de son.<\/p>\n<p>1- Il est essentiel de placer son processeur dans une bo\u00eete ass\u00e9chante tous les soirs. Il en existe plusieurs types sur le march\u00e9 (ex. : PerfectDry, Zephyr, Cedis, DryStar, etc.). Certaines sont \u00e9lectriques et pour d\u2019autres, il faut y ins\u00e9rer des pastilles ass\u00e9chantes. Ceci permet d'\u00e9liminer la poussi\u00e8re et tout r\u00e9sidu de transpiration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3 - Brosser d\u00e9licatement l\u2019entr\u00e9e des microphones pour y d\u00e9loger les r\u00e9sidus. D\u00e9pendamment du mod\u00e8le d\u2019appareil que vous portez, vous pouvez aussi changer les filtres des microphones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4 - V\u00e9rifier que le c\u00e2ble d\u2019antenne et les orifices d\u2019insertion de ce c\u00e2ble (dans le processeur et dans l\u2019antenne, si applicable) sont propres et non obstru\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La visite de contr\u00f4le avec son audiologiste fait aussi partie d\u2019une bonne routine de maintenance de son appareil. En effet, lors de cette visite, l\u2019audiologiste s\u2019assurera que le processeur fonctionne correctement. Il\/elle pourra aussi ajuster les r\u00e9glages de l\u2019appareil afin d\u2019optimiser vos performances.
